Budget two hours. Most first sets take 90 minutes — the extra time gives us room to map your eye shape, walk you through aftercare, and make sure you actually love what you walk out with. Come with a clean face, no mascara, no oils near the eyes.
Not when applied properly. Every set is weight-mapped to your natural lash, one extension per lash, with medical-grade adhesive. Damage happens with overweight, over-dense sets applied without training — which is exactly what we don't do.
Every 2 to 3 weeks for most people. If you wait longer than 3 weeks with fewer than 20 lashes per eye, you'll be booked as a full set instead — we'll always tell you honestly so you can plan ahead.
Classic is one extension per lash — natural, polished, mascara-replacement. Volume is handmade fans of ultra-fine lashes — fluffy, lifted, full-glam. Hybrid blends both — textured, dimensional, the most-booked look. When in doubt, book a complimentary consultation and we'll guide you.
Yes — just avoid oil-based removers and waterproof mascara, both of which break down adhesive. Clean lashes daily with a foam cleanser made for extensions; we send everyone home with care instructions and product recommendations.
Late by more than 15 minutes may mean rescheduling so we don't run into the next client. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50%. Everything runs through Booksy and you can manage it yourself anytime.
